Katrina Rehling

Director of Finance, Business Intelligence & Processes

Katrina Rehling joined the Helping Hands team back in 2022. With a Green Belt in Lean methodologies, Katrina is dedicated to reducing waste and utilizing technology to eliminate barriers to client care while streamlining processes.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Lakehead University, a diploma in Fraud and Forensic Accounting from Seneca College and currently working through her MBA with Carleton University. With a background in full-cycle bookkeeping in the private sector and experience with Bell Canada on the networking team, Katrina combines her passion for learning with her commitment to improving operational efficiencies.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and skiing, embracing her love for the outdoors.
