Joe Fecht

Director / Board Chair

Joe joined HHO as a volunteer transportation driver in 2015, and joined the board of directors in 2017. He has over 3 decades for experience in social services.  He has worked in BC, NWT and Ontario.  His practice fields include mental health, indigenous communities, juvenile corrections, child welfare, social assistance, day care, nursing homes, family violence and developmental disabilities. He obtained a BSc from UBC and an MSW from U of T.

He has extensive leadership experience in management, administration, Ontario Social Work Association, Social Work Regulatory College and elected municipal councils.
